SO this awesome club *DigitalPortal that io am a member of is doing an awesome little group challenge where we have taken a stock image and had line art drawn up for us all to follow, then the image was divided up into squares and each member (who wanted to join in) was allocated a few squares of the image to paint. We are all working from the same colour pallet and had a set time to complete our squares..... I had a great time getting my squares done and am really really looking forward to it all being put together! I guess the purpose of me putting this in my journal is to advertise this awesome club! Its only a young club but it is active and has so far proved to be full of wonderful challenges/group tasks and i am looking forward to what is to come! Below i have featured the squares so far and once it is all put together i will feature that! It's an interesting way to see each artists different styles and skill levels! and for me, being only very new to painting and being one of the lower skill level members i think it's a wonderful way to see where i fall short.... what i am doing wrong, or what i can improve on! It's a wonderful club to be apart of!
